Q: Who is the LIFE Program for?

A: The LIFE Program is the ONLY online fitness program designed for adults in the 50s, 60s, and 70s who want to lose weight, increase their strength, improve their flexibility and mobility, and have more energy.

Q: Can I participate if I haven't worked out in a long time or have a nagging injury?​

A: Yes, you certainly can.  In fact, YOU REALLY SHOULD!  Our certified coaches will perform a ‘Functional Movement Screen’ (via video chat) to assess YOUR specific needs and customize your program to you.

Q: Is my coach experienced in the challenges of my age group?

A: All of our expert coaches are certified through the Functional Aging Institute which is the worldwide leader in mature fitness.
